Description
Marine Collagen + Vitamin C & Zinc 230g — Made with Naticol®
This formula combines BioCultura’s Marine Collagen Hydrolysate — made with Naticol®, a clinically studied French fish collagen peptide — with added Vitamin C and Zinc. Vitamin C plays a direct role in the body’s own collagen synthesis, acting as a cofactor that stabilises collagen’s molecular structure, which is why it’s commonly paired with collagen supplements rather than added as an afterthought.
Halaal certified. Made in South Africa with French-produced Naticol® collagen. 230g. Hypoallergenic, dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, fat-free, preservative-free.

A Note on Daily Zinc Intake
At the full 2-scoop serving, this product provides 100mg of zinc daily. This is above the general tolerable upper intake level for zinc set by most health authorities (40mg/day in the US, 25mg/day in the EU) for sustained, everyday use. Short-term higher zinc intake (50–180mg/day for one to two weeks) has been used in some studies without serious effects, but ongoing daily use above the upper intake level over longer periods can affect copper levels and immune function. If you’re taking this product alongside other zinc-containing supplements, or planning to use it continuously rather than for a shorter, targeted period, we’d recommend checking your total daily zinc intake with a healthcare provider.
Key Benefits
- Skin elasticity, firmness & wrinkle reduction — the marine collagen base is made with Naticol®, clinically shown to improve skin elasticity (+14%), firmness (+16%), and reduce wrinkles (perioral -11%, crow’s feet -10%) in double-blind, placebo-controlled trials
- Supports collagen synthesis — Vitamin C is a required cofactor in the enzymatic process that stabilises and forms collagen in the body, complementing the collagen peptides themselves
- Immune & antioxidant support — both Vitamin C and Zinc are established contributors to normal immune function
How to use
Mix 2 scoops (10g) daily into any hot or cold food or beverage, or use a single scoop if you prefer a more moderate daily zinc intake alongside your existing diet and supplements. Most people report visible skin changes within 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use, in line with the clinical studies on the Naticol® collagen base.
Who it’s for
Adults looking for combined collagen, Vitamin C, and Zinc support, who are mindful of their total daily zinc intake from other sources. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or on chronic medication, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is 100mg of zinc per day safe?
Most health authorities set the tolerable upper intake level for zinc at 25–40mg/day for ongoing use. Short-term intake above this range (50–180mg/day for one to two weeks) has been used in some research without serious effects, but we’d recommend checking your total daily zinc intake with a healthcare provider if using this product continuously or alongside other zinc supplements.
Can I take a smaller serving than 2 scoops?
Yes. Using a single scoop halves the zinc and Vitamin C content while still providing collagen support, if you’d prefer a more moderate daily zinc intake.
Why is Vitamin C included with collagen?
Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis in the body — without adequate Vitamin C, collagen production and stability are impaired. Pairing it with collagen supplementation supports what the collagen peptides are doing.
What makes this different from the plain marine collagen (without Vitamin C and Zinc)?
This version adds Vitamin C and Zinc on top of the same Naticol® marine collagen base. If you’re already getting sufficient Vitamin C and Zinc elsewhere, BioCultura’s plain marine collagen may be a better fit.
Is this product Halaal certified?
Yes, it’s Halaal certified.
